Master Gardeners promote programs that reduce, reuse, and recycle. All our plants are locally grown, eliminating transportation costs and reducing fossil fuel consumption. We also accept 1 and 5 gallon pots for recycling at the large bin near the entrance of the Greenhouse at 1522 South 18th Avenue, Yakima WA.

The Greenhouse is like having a breath of springtime in the middle of winter. Master Gardener volunteers spend the winter planting seed and propagating cuttings so that we will have thousands of new plants for sale at our Annual Spring Plant Sale the first weekend of May.
All Proceeds from our Spring Plant Sale
are used to fund horticultural education programs
and beautification projects in our community.
